Lean Muscle Building Tips
To build lean muscle, perform 8-12 reps to failure, and perform 3 sets. If you are over 50, perform 10-15 reps to fatigue. Rest 1 minute in between sets.
Exercise 3 times per week, on non-consecutive days if you are performing a total body workout.
