You may create your own blog. Login to your google blogger account:

Create your own blog at the Dashboard page, using the Create a Blog option at the top.

Promote your own blog at the Cleveland Email List blog.

To post to your own blog by email, go to SETTINGS then EMAIL, create a Mail-to-Blogger Address. Go to the Cleveland Email List Blog and do the same thing and create a Mail-to_Blogger Address.

Type both of these email addresses in a blank email or microsoft word.

Open a blank email and start typing your blog post ( the subject line becomes the blog title, the email message becomes the blog message). Type the mail-to-blogger address for your blog in the send field. Type the mail-to-blogger address for the Cleveland Email List Blog in the cc (carbon copy) or bcc (blind carbon copy) field.

This one email, sent to the two mail-to-blogger addresses, will be posted to both your blog, and the Cleveland Email List Blog. From the Cleveland Email List Blog, it will be sent in our daily email digest that is sent to our list of bloggers.
